Reborn in November 2025 from the legacy of a legendary Kanazawa ryotei (traditional high-end restaurant), Ryokan Tsuruko creates an exclusive sanctuary defined as a ‘Japanese Auberge’—a luxury inn where cuisine is the centerpiece.
