Park Hyatt Tokyo (Reopening)

Perched on the upper floors of Shinjuku Park Tower and designed by the legendary Kenzo Tange, Park Hyatt Tokyo is one of the city’s most iconic luxury landmarks. Following a major property-wide renovation that began in May 2024, the hotel is scheduled for a grand reopening on December 9, 2025. This extensive refinement, led by the Parisian design studio Jouin Manku, honors the original vision of John Morford while introducing a contemporary sense of sophisticated luxury. The hotel remains world-renowned for its breathtaking 360-degree views of Tokyo and Mount Fuji, the legendary New York Bar made famous by the film ‘Lost in Translation,’ and its newly introduced dining venue, Girandole by Alain Ducasse.
